The Seller acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the supplier, offering products shipped directly from warehouses located in the United States.
The website stepilla.com is a sales platform through which the Service Provider ("Intermediary") provides intermediary purchasing services to Customers and facilitates the conclusion of sales agreements with independently operating Sellers.
The Intermediary is not a party to the product sales agreement and does not bear responsibility for the quality, compliance with description, availability, or delivery of ordered products.

2. DEFINITIONS

Business Days — weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery — the physical act of delivering the ordered Product to the Customer by the Seller through the Carrier.
Carrier — an entity that cooperates with the Seller in delivering Products.
Customer — an entity for whom, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, electronic services may be provided or a Sales Agreement may be concluded.
Consumer — a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, conducting business or professional activity in their own name.
Terms of Service — this document.
Seller — a trading entity using the functionality and resources of the Website to sell Products.
Website — the website through which the Intermediary provides intermediary services, operating under the domain stepilla.com.
Product — a product presented through the Website.
Sales Agreement — a distance sales agreement concluded under the terms of these Terms of Service between the Seller and the Customer, on whose behalf and for whose benefit the Intermediary acts.
Services — services provided by the Intermediary to Customers electronically.

3. GENERAL TERMS

All rights to the Website, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, internet domain, Website, as well as templates, forms, logos, and photographs posted on the Website belong to the Intermediary.
The Intermediary will make every effort to ensure the Website is accessible to Internet users using all popular browsers, operating systems, device types, and Internet connection types.
The Intermediary uses "cookies" which are saved to the Customer's device when using the Website. The use of cookies is intended to ensure the proper functioning of the Website on Customer devices. Customers may disable the cookie mechanism in their browser settings.
Providing unlawful content and using the Website in a manner contrary to law, good practices, or violating the personal rights of third parties is prohibited.

4. ORDERS

Information on the Website does not constitute an offer by the Seller within the meaning of applicable law, but rather an invitation to Customers to submit purchase offers.
Customers may place orders through the Website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
A Customer placing an order through the Website selects the desired Product and adds it to the cart by clicking "ADD TO CART." After completing the order and selecting delivery method and payment form, the Customer submits the order by clicking "Order and Pay." Before each order submission, the Customer is informed of the total price including the Product and Delivery costs.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer, and upon receipt by the Customer, the Sales Agreement is concluded.

5. PAYMENTS

The Intermediary accepts the following payment methods:
— Bank transfer
— Credit or debit card
— Electronic payment via third-party payment processors
Prices listed on the Website are gross prices and do not include delivery costs. The Customer will be informed of all additional costs during the ordering process.
Payment for prepaid orders must be completed within 7 Business Days of order placement.

6. PRODUCTS & MANUFACTURING

All Stepilla supplements — including Stepilla Full Spectrum Collagen — are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered facilities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
The Stepilla Foot Sleeve and related physical products are designed and quality-tested to meet high safety and performance standards.
Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions are provided on the Website and included with each order.

7. INTERMEDIARY SERVICES

Novelio LLC acts as intermediary between the Customer and the Seller, providing the following services:
— Presenting product information on the Website
— Processing Customer orders and payments
— Transmitting orders to the Seller for fulfillment
— Accepting withdrawal declarations from Customers
— Facilitating returns and complaints on behalf of Customers
The intermediary agreement between Novelio LLC and the Customer is concluded at the moment the Sales Agreement is concluded with the Seller on behalf of and for the benefit of the Customer.

8. DELIVERY
========================================================
Orders are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer depending on destination country.
The Intermediary accepts responsibility in the event of non-delivery by the Seller within sixty (60) days of the order date.
If the Customer provides an incorrect delivery address, the Intermediary bears no responsibility for non-delivery.
In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Products are shipped as they become available from our Sellers.

9. WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

The Seller is obligated to deliver Products free from defects.
If a Product has a defect, the Customer may:
— Request replacement of the defective Product with a defect-free one
— Request removal of the defect
— Submit a declaration of price reduction
— Withdraw from the Sales Agreement (unless the Intermediary promptly replaces or repairs the Product)
All complaints related to Products or the execution of the Sales Agreement may be submitted in writing to:

The Intermediary will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
The warranty period for physical defects is two (2) years from the date of delivery.

10. RETURNS & WITHDRAWALS
========================================================
A Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Intermediary by email at support@stepilla.com or by written statement before the withdrawal deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, the Sales Agreement is considered not concluded.
The Intermediary will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Product.
The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
This includes opened supplement bottles and used physical products.

11. FREE SERVICES

The Intermediary provides the following free electronic services to Customers:
— Contact form
— Newsletter
— Review submission
These services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

13. TERMINATION
========================================================
Both the Customer and the Intermediary may terminate the electronic services agreement at any time and without reason, subject to the rights acquired by the other party prior to termination.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS
========================================================
These Terms of Service may be saved by printing, saving to a storage medium, or downloading from the Website at any time.
In the event of a dispute arising from a concluded Sales Agreement or electronic services agreement, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Applicable law for resolving disputes under these Terms of Service is the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.
The Intermediary reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. All electronic service agreements concluded before the date of entry into force of the new Terms of Service shall be performed under the Terms of Service in force on the date of conclusion. Changes to the Terms of Service take effect 7 days after publication on the Website. The Intermediary will notify Customers 7 days before the new Terms of Service take effect via email.
Sales agreements with the Seller and with the Intermediary are concluded in English.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping is available on all orders, regardless of order value. Packages are delivered by carrier to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
The majority of orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of order placement.
If your order does not arrive within sixty (60) days, we will send a replacement product at our expense.
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Products are shipped as they become available to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
All Stepilla supplements are manufactured in the United States.
Physical products (foot sleeves, accessories) may be shipped from US or international fulfillment centers.
