We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stepilla purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible products
within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

— The item must be in its original condition
— The item must be in its original packaging
— You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

§2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at support@stepilla.com with:

— Your order number
— The reason for your return
— Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
and the return shipping address.

Do not send items back without first contacting us —
unauthorized returns may not be processed.

§3. EFFECTS OF RETURN

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your
original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

§4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
at the time of purchase.

Refund amount includes:

— Full product price
— Original shipping cost (standard shipping only)

If you selected an expedited shipping option, only the cost of standard
shipping will be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional
3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

§5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee
that we will receive your returned item.

§6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine
their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be subject to
a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product
resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the
nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.

§7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

— Opened supplement bottles (for health and hygiene reasons)
— Products delivered in sealed packaging that have been opened
  after delivery, where return is not possible due to health
  protection or hygiene reasons
— Products manufactured to Customer specifications or
  personalized to meet individual needs
— Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
— Digital products or downloadable content

Important: Opened Stepilla Full Spectrum Collagen bottles
cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
If you have an issue with your supplement, please contact us
at support@stepilla.com — we will work with you to find
a satisfactory solution.

§8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us
within 7 days of receipt at support@stepilla.com with:

— Your order number
— Description of the damage or defect
— Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

§9. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days
at support@stepilla.com. We will send the correct item and
arrange for return of the incorrect item at our expense.

§10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@stepilla.com
with your order number. Once an order has been shipped,
it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your original item
for a refund and place a new order.

§12. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time
   before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time
