Stepilla operates as a direct-to-consumer brand. All Stepilla supplements are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities.
Physical products (foot sleeves and accessories) are fulfilled and shipped directly to the Customer from our US-based fulfillment partners.

§3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Order processing time (preparation for shipment): 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
United States:
— Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
— Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days
International (Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, Ireland):
— Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
In exceptional cases (e.g., customs inspections, carrier delays, weather events),
delivery may take up to 21 business days.
The Seller will notify the Customer of order status by email.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

§4. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

United States:
— Free Standard Shipping on all orders
International:
— Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
All Stepilla products are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx,
or their international equivalents depending on destination.

§5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

United States orders:
— No customs fees or import duties apply to domestic US orders.
— Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state.
International orders:
— International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties,
and taxes imposed by the destination country.
— These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included
in the product price or shipping cost.
— Stepilla has no control over customs processing times or fees.
— We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information
before placing an international order.

§6. DELAYS & LIABILITY

Stepilla is not responsible for delays caused by:
— Carrier operations or logistics issues
— Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.)
— Customs inspections or clearance delays
— Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer
— Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, Stepilla cannot be held responsible
for non-delivery.

§7. ORDER TRACKING

In most cases, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to activate after shipment.
You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the
tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

§8. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe,

Each case is handled individually and we will work with you to resolve the issue
as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within sixty (60) days of the order date,
we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product
before use and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
